Trusted by 5,000+ men and women
Usually blamed on something else.
Some of these come down to nutrition, some to everyday habits like sleep and stress, and some are worth a blood test.
-
01Insulin resistance
Belly won't budge.
Cortisol tells your body to store fat. Exercise alone can't override that.
-
02Insulin resistance
Lose it, gain it back.
Insulin locks fat cells shut. Dieting without fixing that makes rebound worse.
-
03Thyroid dysfunction
Tired by 11 AM.
A sluggish thyroid slows everything — energy, metabolism, recovery.
-
04Pre-diabetes
Can't stop craving sugar.
Insulin resistance makes cells feel starved, no matter what you eat.
-
05Hormonal imbalance
Hair loss, bad skin.
Hormonal imbalance shows on hair and skin before anything else.
-
06Vitamin and hormone deficiency
No energy, no drive.
Low vitamin D or testosterone kills momentum. No plan works until that's fixed.
Not all of these need a blood test. Some do. A panel can tell which.
Four signals a standard checkup often misses
A regular checkup won't catch these. You need the right blood markers to know which one is holding you back.
-
01
Insulin resistance
When insulin stays elevated, fat storage stays locked. A fasting insulin test can show whether this applies.
Measured by: HOMA-IRFasting InsulinHbA1c
-
02
Thyroid dysfunction
The thyroid sets the pace of metabolism. A full thyroid panel — not just TSH — can reveal whether it's contributing.
Measured by: TSHFree T3Free T4Anti-TPO
-
03
High cortisol
Sustained stress can shift where the body stores energy. Cortisol and DHEA-S levels help quantify it.
Measured by: CortisolDHEA-S
-
04
Silent inflammation
Low-grade inflammation can affect appetite regulation. hs-CRP and related markers can flag whether it's present.
Measured by: hs-CRPIL-6Ferritin
More than one can overlap, which is why the panel measures all four systems rather than guessing which to check.

Marker names and the reason each is included are as published by HisVitals. What your own panel finds, and what it means for you, is for your report and your doctor to interpret.
What a standard checkup covers vs. what we test.
Standard checkups cover the basics well but are not designed to look at metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory markers in depth. Here is what each typically includes.
-
Hormonal & thyroid
A standard checkup
- TSH only, sometimes T3/T4
- No cortisol, DHEA-S, or sex hormones
- Insulin and HOMA-IR rarely included
Our test
- Full thyroid panel: TSH, T3, T4, Free T3, Free T4
- Cortisol, DHEA-S, testosterone, estradiol, SHBG
- Fasting insulin + HOMA-IR for insulin resistance
-
Metabolic & organ function
A standard checkup
- Fasting glucose, basic lipid panel
- HbA1c often missing
- No apolipoprotein ratio
Our test
- Fasting glucose, HbA1c, and average blood glucose
- Full lipid panel with Apo-A1, Apo-B, and Apo B/A1 ratio
- Complete liver (12 markers), kidney (8 markers), and electrolytes
-
Blood health
A standard checkup
- Basic CBC with 3-part differential
- No inflammation indices
Our test
- Full hemogram with 6-part differential (30 markers)
- Includes immature granulocytes, RDWI, and platelet indices
-
Vitamins, minerals & iron
A standard checkup
- Vitamin D checked sometimes
- B12, iron studies, and homocysteine rarely included
Our test
- Vitamin D, B12, folic acid, magnesium, and zinc
- Full iron profile: iron, ferritin, TIBC, transferrin saturation, UIBC
- Homocysteine for cardiovascular and B-vitamin status
-
Urine analysis
A standard checkup
- Often not included
- If included, basic dipstick only
Our test
- Complete 24-parameter urine analysis
- Physical, chemical, and microscopic examination
What a standard checkup includes varies by laboratory and package. Both columns are as published by HisVitals.

Three steps. One root cause.

Step 1
We come to you.
A certified phlebotomist arrives at a slot you choose. The draw takes about ten minutes. Fasting is 10 to 12 hours, so most people pick a morning slot.

Step 2
Your bloodwork tells the real story.
The sample goes to a NABL accredited laboratory. Your report comes back in 48 hours, with every marker explained in plain English rather than left as a number on a page.

Step 3
A plan built around what was actually found.
A nutritionist walks you through the report, then a diet and exercise plan is built around your own results rather than around a template.
That's it. Your own blood, read properly, and a plan that follows from it.
Your results,
written to be read.
Every marker plotted against the band it should sit in, with key findings highlighted at the top, written in plain English.
-
Ranked, not listed
The markers driving your weight sit at the top. The rest are there when you want them.
-
Plain English
Every marker carries the one line that says what it does, not just whether it is flagged.
-

Gold standard,
start to finish.
A panel is only as good as the laboratory behind it. Yours is run to the same standards a hospital pathology department is held to.

You're probably wondering.
If something here is not answered, a doctor will answer it on a call before you pay anything.
Book my consultationIs this just another diet plan?
No. It starts with a blood panel, and the plan that follows is built around what that panel found. If your thyroid is slow or your insulin is high, that is what gets addressed first, because no diet works around it.
I have tried every diet out there. Why would this be different?
Those diets probably did work for a while. They stopped working because they were built to treat the weight rather than the reason for it, and a diet cannot correct an imbalance it never looked for. The difference here is the order things happen in: we test first, and the plan is written around what the panel actually found. If a slow thyroid or high fasting insulin is part of your picture, no amount of discipline was ever going to be the missing piece.
How is this different from my regular health check-up?
A routine panel is built to catch disease. This one is built to read metabolic health. It reads hormonal, metabolic, inflammatory and nutritional markers that a standard package mostly does not include.
Is the blood test done at home?
Yes. A certified phlebotomist comes to you at a slot you choose. The draw takes about ten minutes. You need to be fasting for 10 to 12 hours, so most people pick a morning slot. The sample goes to a NABL accredited laboratory in a temperature-controlled carrier.
How soon will I see results?
Most members notice changes in energy, sleep and mood within the first two to three weeks. Measurable biomarker improvements show up at the 90-day follow-up test. What happens for you depends on what your panel finds and on your own starting point.
Do I have to give up roti, rice, or my favourite foods?
No. The plan is built around how you actually eat. Gujarati, South Indian, Jain, vegan, home-cooked only, or ordering in five days a week, we meet you where you are.
I have PCOS, thyroid issues or pre-diabetes. Can this help me?
These are exactly the conditions the panel is built to surface. If you are pre-diabetic, that is a condition your doctor can work with you to address, and the panel gives them the readings to work from.
Who are the doctors behind this programme?
The panel and the protocols were designed by Dr. Kunal Dhankhar, Dr. Harsh Sahu and Dr. Aditya Sriram, whose full credentials are listed on this page.
What if you find something serious?
If anything needs medical attention beyond weight, such as severely abnormal thyroid, liver or kidney markers, our doctors flag it immediately and recommend the appropriate specialist, with a referral if you need one.
Is my health data and blood report kept confidential?
Yes. Your reports, health data and consultation details are confidential. They are not shared with third parties or insurance companies, and they are not used for marketing. You can ask for your data to be deleted.
Will the weight come back after the programme ends?
That depends on whether the underlying cause was addressed rather than worked around. That is the whole reason this starts with a panel instead of a plan, and it is why the follow-up test at 90 days matters.
