1. Cancellation Before Sample Collection
If you cancel your order before the blood sample has been collected, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 99104 33773.
2. Cancellation After Sample Collection
Once the blood sample has been collected by our phlebotomist, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued, as the laboratory processing has already begun.
3. Consultation Bookings
Consultation bookings (including the ₹99 doctor call) can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. If you wish to cancel a consultation booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
4. Report and Plan Delivery
Blood test reports are delivered within 48–72 hours of sample collection. Diet plans, workout plans, and supplement recommendations are delivered after your consultation. If there is a delay beyond the stated timeframe due to our fault, you may request a refund by contacting us.
5. Quality Issues
If your blood sample is compromised during collection or transit (e.g. haemolysis, clotting, insufficient volume) and the laboratory cannot process it, we will arrange a free re-collection at no additional cost.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
